GitHub currently requires a login account to download CI logs and artifacts.
It would be nice to offer at least the current latest-master CI results publicly and not require a GitHub login account to view them.

This PR (#170) added a script to mechanize the fetching of workflow artifacts and logs. It's been turned into a routine fetch job on a private webserver, and shared with those who have requested access.

Although the script still needs improvements, the task of sharing CI aritfacts is now complete. (closing).
