Feature Request: Publish dotenv-lookup

• dotenv-linter is published as a crate.
• Jan 2023 migrated some of the project into a separate dotenv-lookup crate.
• It was stated that there was no intention to publish this new crate, only for internal use by dotenv-linter

dotenv-lookup seems like it'd be a useful crate to publish for other projects to also use?

• There are similar crates providing such functionality, but they are not all actively maintained and this one has the added benefit of being tied to a project focused on linting where correctness is important.
• Even without docs, it looks easy enough to use. Perhaps publishing the crate can be reconsidered?

I agree with you that this could be useful.
But publishing it means we need to add documentation otherwise we shouldn't publish it even if you say that its easy to use without docs.
