Support to culture

"Culture" means education and entertainment POIs. So all values of tourism and historic keys and the following values of amenity key should be supported:

• college
• kindergarten
• library
• school
• university
• arts_centre
• brothel
• cinema
• community_centre
• fountain
• nightclub
• planetarium
• social_centre
• stripclub
• studio
• swingerclub
• theatre

A culture button should be added to the list

I'll do it but Stripclub is already in "Fun". Also I think that better split it into two pieces.
Tourism -> Hotels, attractions, historic places etc.
Education -> School, university etc.

What do you think?

I simply copied the tags in "Entertainment, Arts & Culture" and "Education" sections of Amenity page of OSM wiki.

I initially thought to divide education (first five values) and tourism section (the other ones) like you propose but then I thought to create only one section "Culture". There is no problem for me to divide them. Do as you desire 😄

Are stripclub, brothel, nightclub and swingerclub values already in Fun? Does fun section need a "hot" subsection?

I'm not sure how to do it. If we want add a few specific filters for example "historic places with wikipedia link" or historic:civilization tag. Then should be in separated item. Maybe have you any ideas for filters?
