Enable timestamp on when verification of signature is done

Either we need to add this timestamp or maybe even bump the signature date so the ordering of signatures is correct.

Question: add another field or maybe just bump the signed_date? I'd say bump it, no need to maybe store 2 different dates .. if they havent activated , we still got the date for when they signed .. and then bump it with activation timestamp when that is done and activated?

Problem:

User 1 signs up and verifies
User 2 signs up , doesn't verify yet
User 3 signs up and verifies

User 1 and 3 is shown as number 1 and 2, but once user 2 verifies, it bumps user 3 down a row!
