Not sure if this helps but check out this sample demonstrating my open source "netpack" library for providing development processing pipelines: https://github.com/dazinator/NetPack/tree/develop/src/NetPack.Web

If you browse the various pages it demonstrates things like:

  • Hot module reload (using SystemJS or RequireJS)
  • browser refresh
  • Typescript compilation
  • SystemJs based workflows
  • RequireJs based workflows
  • Rollup Code Splitting

You might find it useful. I plan on adding blazor support in future.

For those still on core 2.2, this may work for you (has for me) - https://stackoverflow.com/a/59774701/1111662.
