Documentation on angles missing info #75

Type of issue

Missing information

Description

This page really needs to mention that:

The angles are in degrees (not radians)
0 degrees points to the right
The angle starts in the first quadrant (ie. it moves counter-clockwise)

The other methods taking in angles (eg. DrawArc, etc) should mention this too.
