NRE when projecting non-navigation JSON List

It should be possible for the below query to client-evaluate, but an NRE is thrown instead (Members is mapped to JSON).

We don't translate Lambdas which does not translate to server. Duplicate of #19316

OK. Just note the NRE here which is different from the InvalidOperationException in #19316 - up to you if you want to keep both issues open or not.
