[Android and Windows] BoxView Background not working

Description

Setting the BoxView Background (solid and gradients) is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download or sync https://github.com/jsuarezruiz/dotnet-maui-testing-playground
2. Launch the App on Android or Windows.
3. Navigate to the BoxView tests.
4. Check the Box7 test case.

Cannot reproduce the issue on the .NET MAUI Gallery. Need to check with more details if is related with the default styles, etc.

This issue has already been reported in #10850. Background does not work and there is no workaround for it.

Verified this issue with Visual Studio Enterprise 17.7.0 Preview 1.0. Can repro on Android and windows platform with sample project.
