Main MAUI project is not marked as deploy by default

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create sample project from default template
  2. Press F5 or Run from menu
  3. The project builds but does not run

Expected Behavior

It must deploy the project and run it on emulator

Actual Behavior

Just builds the project

Basic Information

  • Version with issue: MUI preview 8
  • Last known good version: MAUI preview 7
  • IDE: VS 2022 Version 17.0.0 Preview 4.1
  • Platform Target Frameworks:
    • Android: 29
  • Android Support Library Version:
  • Nuget Packages:
  • Affected Devices:

You need to open the build configurations and check the deploy checkbox
