For some reason it needed a couple of Clean SOlution and rebuilds and now it works |

This error shows upon every xaml type ( Shell TabBar Tab ShellContent etc ) after the update from rc2 to rc3.
Error: XLS0414: The type 'Shell' was not found. Verify that you are not missing an assembly reference and that all referenced assemblies have been built.
