RestoreTask does not print background color contrasted text

I don't think we alter output text color from MSBuild at all, so I expect this comes from MSBuild logging

How did you end up setting the color in the console in order to create this scenario?

This is just my iterm theme, I expect it does very normal ansi color things (and I remember a time when dotnet cli, around 1.0 alpha days, didn't contrast properly either)
