Installing of the MAUI Workload but no MAUI project was available

Hello .NET team,
I want to create a MAUI app using Visual Studios and followed your doc. However, after downloading and installing the workload for MAUI, I still could not start a MAUI project (see screenshot).
I have tried without any other workloads, I have used the Community and Enterprise Editions and always the latest versions; I have not been able to find anything in internet forums. Can you help me out here?
