clipboard not shared #7
Comments
I can confirm this is the case between Debian Wheezy and Ubuntu 14.04. |
I can confirm this on Arch Linux! |
Actually it is shared, I tried it with two Ubuntu computers. But normal shortcuts or right-click paste commands don't work. You need to paste with middle click. That way it works. Edit: I thought I need to comment more on this. Xserver's clipboard is different than the system clipboard. In Xserver only selecting copies the text to clipboard. And middle click pastes it. The normal copy-paste operations are not related to X. |
