Trying to install on ec2 server.
here my ec2 details

Virtualization: amazon

Operating System: Amazon Linux 2
CPE OS Name: cpe:2.3:o:amazon:amazon_linux:2
Kernel: Linux 5.10.162-141.675.amzn2.x86_64
Architecture: x86-64

python version: Python 3.7.16
pip version: pip 23.3.2

Solved by upgrading python version to python3.8
