I'm getting the following error on the settings page /admin/settings/plugins/spoon

Craft 3.5.16
Spoon 3.6.0
Super Table 2.6.4

I'm using matrix fields with nested Super Tables.

Sorry for the rather delayed reply - was this after a project config sync? If so, you might need to run ./craft project-config/rebuild first then check again.

Still running into the same issue after rebuilding the config (also updated to 3.6.1)

seems that the error occurs if a matrix field is in a super table field - is that something you are able to fix? :)
we would love to continue using that plugin
