I tried to translate the doxywizard GUI and the detail descriptions of the
options.
Unlike the doxygen itself, I use Qt linguist toolkit.

1. Build doxygen and doxywizard.
2. Execute lupdate (one of Qt linguist tool) against
addon/doxywizard/for_lupdate_doxywizard.pro.
3. Run Qt linguist and load doxywizard_*.ts file.
4. Translate and save.
5. Release from menu, to make doxywizard_*.qm file.
6. Run doxywizard with option --ld:<qm_dir> and --l:<locale>.

Wildcard part of .ts and .qm file above is determined at the 2nd step, see
help of lupdate.
The default string depends on the locale of the environment.

Note:
1. I have not made the installer of *.qm file, I don't know to where we
should place them.
2. Only Japanese translation (doxywizard_ja_JP.ts) is given with the patch.
