Not working on SAP GUI 7.5

I did the steps indicated, but the editor did not change.

Any ideas why it doesn't work?

It looks like the file path in your image is the incorrect one.

Try using Windows Key+ R, and pasting %APPDATA%\SAP\SAP GUI\ABAP Editor\ to access the correct one.
It should be under the AppData\Roaming... subfolders, not Program Files.
Remeber to also close all instances of the SAP GUI as well.
