Bug description

Documentation does not explain how to enable logs.

Steps to reproduce

According to the documentation here: https://sftpgo.github.io/latest/logs/ there are various logs available, but it does not say where they are located.
I have tried /etc/sftpgo and /var/log, and cannot find anything.

Expected behavior

According to the documentation there should be json output, but I cannot find it.
