Write Test cases for following things:

  1. ViewModels
  2. DataSource
  3. Controllers
  4. UI Test Cases
  5. TableView Helper Test cases

Try Quick & Nimble Framework anyway we can cover with help of apple default frameworks like XCUITest & XCTest. But have to come up with test cases and which ever feasible one we can go for.
