gpg.conf does not include default-recipient-self #15

Similar to previous issue, https://github.com/drduh/YubiKey-Guide#create-gpg-configuration should have

default-recipient-self
default-key $KEYID

I'm not sure this should be in the default configuration. Thank you for the suggestion, though.
