已开具质保可以在“客户服务｜维修跟单”列表中显示
可以进行的流程操作为：更新质保
更新质保的url为：call?table_name=weixiu&action_name=editJiesuan&oper=更新质保
点击更新质保之后，状态还是处于已开具质保状态，状态不变

已开具质保的状态也可以在“财务稽核｜维修稽核”列表中显示
在这里可以进行的流程操作为：稽核通过
稽核通过的url为：edit?table_name=weixiu&oper=稽核通过
点击通过稽核按钮后状态修改为“已稽核”
