RTC-Kernel needs to be reinstalled after apt-get update/apt-get dist-upgrade #8

According to step 3 to 6 of https://phoscon.de/de/raspbee2/install#raspbian is it the typical behavior that the RTC-Kernel model is required to be reinstalled after system maintenance using sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade?

I understand dist-upgrade is refreshing a lot of stuff of the Raspberry's linux distribution with such a command. But is there a way to prevent reinstallation of the required kernel-extensions?
