SectionManager week dirs does not respect european.cal setting

Describe the bug
New week-dirs created by SectionManager are created on sundays rather than mondays.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set

   drftpd/src/core/master/src/main/resources/master/config/master.conf.dist

   Line 102 in 5a5ac84

   european.cal=false

   to true
2. Set master.conf sectionmanager=org.drftpd.master.sections.conf.SectionManager
3. Configure a section that uses week:

1.type=dated
1.path=/ebook
1.name=ebook
1.dated=YYYY-ww
1.now=-week

Expected behavior
Week dirs are created and linked on Sundays rather than Mondays

Additional context
Probably this: https://github.com/drftpd-ng/drftpd/blob/master/src/core/master/src/main/java/org/drftpd/master/sections/conf/DatedSection.java needs some logic to incorporate the european.cal option as that seems to only be used with TrialManager at the moment.
