Create a new blank note

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but it seems impossible to create a new note with no initial content. I seems like it needs a tag or a title before it will create a new note.

Why would you create a note with literally not even a title? That seems outside of the intended use case for the workflow.

That's a valid question. I recognize that this could be just a "me" thing.

Sometimes I just need to get to typing fast. Body first, then I'll worry about a title... or the note is ephemeral and will be deleted eventually... or the beginning of the note body is sufficient as the title.

I can understand if this is an outlier use case and is out of scope. I have a workaround.
