Let's move the OAuth logic from oauth.do, here

Actually @sam-lippert let's integrate oauth.do here just like you've now done with state.do ... but with 2 differences ... for this, we need to ensure that we're capturing the fact that the user is specifically logging in to careers.do, in which case we need to see that separately vs someone just logging in to use a different app. And then we should go to the thanks page on careers.do instead of the thanks page on oauth.do
