能否考虑支持下DeferredResult异步处理 #18

现象：当使用DeferredResult作为返回结果时，在业务中打印的日志链路id，与deferredResult.setResult打印的链路id是不一样的

deferredResult.setResult实现中，会模拟客户端再次向服务器端发起请求，看是否能解决这个问题以支持DeferredResult
