An example result: jasineri/gitartwork

Usage:

Option #1: Use gitartwork as a GitHub Action

  1. Copy the workflow code into a .github/workflows/gitartwork.yml file in your repository.

name: gitartwork from a contribution graph
     on:
       push:
       schedule:
         - cron: '* */24 * * *'
     workflow_dispatch:
     jobs:
       build:
         name: Make gitartwork SVG
         runs-on: ubuntu-latest
         steps:
           - uses: actions/checkout@v2
           - uses: jasineri/gitartwork@v1
             with:
                # Use this username's contribution graph
                user_name: jasineri
                # Text on contribution graph
                text: JASINERI
           - uses: jasineri/simple-push-action@v1

  2. A few moments later it will generate gitartwork.svg image in your repository, so then you can include it in your README.md like ![gitartwork](gitartwork.svg)

  3. Have fun :)

Option #2: Make gitartwork locally on your environment

Still in progress...
