Remove no internet warning

Even though there is internet, every few minutes my phone vibrates and makes a sound saying the above error message. However when i go into Boilr, the alarms do update although they take a few minutes to update(which is a different issue).
So maybe this is a timeout thing? but its very annoying.. please fix?

In the app settings, under Network usage there is the Show no internet warning option that you can use to disable those notifications.

Now I wonder if we should remove the no internet notification for good. It has caused problems before (#79) and will become redundant/useless if we add the time of last completed update to the alarms (#258).

Actually ive been through the settings so many times, i never noticed that setting. Maybe because it confused me that it says: "Show no internet warning", whereas it would be more clear if the setting stated:

Show "no internet" warning

However yes you could remove it as it is not all that important. Im sure the user would know if they have no internet on their phone. thanks @dllud
