For STARTTLS, specifically SMTP servers very often saw the handshake (details of test, see #234) failed. It always renegotiated.

This happens with postfix and with some exim mail servers at least. (one vsftpd here claims to be vulnerable, too. proftpd: not)

This needs to be clarified.
