Based on the work of Paul Praveneers
  Kudos Paul!

More Info? Use Help
  $ ./ml-install -h

  Sample:
    ./app-installer/ml-install
     -N api \
     -P 8010 \
     -d api-application-v4.0/api \
     -a api-application-v4.0/load-content.xqy \
     -m api-application-v4.0/configure-database.xqy

  Note: -D is your friend!

                                                                      (oo)--',--

Want the script on the path?
    1. move the whole folder to to /opt/MarkLogic
    2. add it to path EXPORT PATH=somedir:$PATH
    3. add the export statement to the preferences files for your shell
       e.g. .bashrc
            # assuming you copied the library to AppSetup
            export APPSET_HOME="/opt/MarkLogic/AppSetup/"
            export PATH=$APPSET_HOME:$PATH

    4. Go --nuts-- panda:
       $ ml-install

                                                                      (oo)--',--

Feature Request?
  1. Do it yourself (code is open, no binaries)
  2. Test it
    2a. Test it calling it from a random directory
    2b. Test it calling it from the path
  3. All cool? Send it to me, and thank you! :)
