work within virtualenvs with OS X notification center

The reason that you can't emit notifications within a virtualenv is simply that the Info.plist which would make the virtualenv a valid app-bundle is missing. This blog post shows how to fix it up so that it'll work.

Oh. Interesting, I'll check that out. Still unsure how to make in a virtualenv in Ubuntu tho.
