Recipes that configure OpenNMS to rrdtool or Newts instead of JRobin for time series data storage.

  • rrdtool
  • Newts

Installing Newts is out of scope. A Newts cookbook should be created, and then eventually the newts configuration recipe in this cookbook could be provided with a search query to discover the required attributes of the newts cluster. Until then they will need to be hardcoded (with sane defaults).
