Hi, I'm new to D2 and I'd like to have a good loot filter I can customize with time and patience. Since my gear is still at beginning, if I drop anything on the ground, even charms, they will disappear. Is it possible to enable everything and then decide what to hide (white and blue items, for example)?

I don't know if this problem may be related to localization. I'm playing in italian so items have a different (translated) names (but potions works).

It's all a bit confusing. :)

You have to configure the loot.filter file yourself. I tried to provide a lot of info in the README to do so. The one provided with the download is just a sample that works for most people.

Yes, thanks, I've tried to figure out how to do but, for example, I don't know how to show gold, or "lower tie items". Is there a "show all" option to put at the beginning? I like how the preset works, but I prefer to filter out what I don't need rather than find out what I need to show (basically because I don't know what it may drop) and add it to the file.
I hope my explanation is clear enough.

Edit: I've removed the final "hide" and now everything still show, I guess it was a final filter to hide everything it wasn't shown previously. Now, how to filter out all the white stuff?

Hide Rarity Inferior

This identifies all white stuff? Or items below a certain level?

Also, is there a table with the items names? I'm trying to edit the Stamina Potion to show as Scroll of Identification and Town Portal but it's being ignored (I've tried "Stamina Potion", "Stam Potion", "Pozione del Vigore" [italian translation]).
