feat: Add Releases section

The Releases section seems to be missing altogether. Add in a small mock table with the last three releases.

Or, use a bulleted list for now and put in an issue to build a table later.

The latter strategy would secure the missing information for now, and let someone else pick up the issue later when they have time and more important issues are resolved first.
