The dashboard currently serves no purpose at all. Once a collection command has been added in #147 so that we have CPU, RAM and Disk usage history, we need graphs on the Dashboard.

The graph library could either be Chartist or Chart.js. Both seem pretty attractive and neither have a bunch of bloat to support ancient versions of IE.
