Voice input key not always show on the keyboard

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' any android browser url bar, voice button does not show on the keyboard
2. Click on '....' cant click voice button, does not show on keyboard
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
