Got a model trained to accuracy of 0.998. Almost close to 1 (But I also think we might have over fit.)
I believe, we have not been able to gain the regions of interest in spite of having a trained model. This could be because we are using our own code for labelling the components in the output image.
We try various techniques of filtering, thresholding in the input image, but still ended up getting sub standard results.
