We have set the sync job to run every 5 minutes, but after some days the job just gets stuck in ”is running” state and is not able to run again.
No errors are logged when it happens and the only way to resolve the issue to restart the web application.
Any suggestions on how to solve this?
We are running Episerver version 11.13.2 hosted on "Digital Experience Cloud".
Episerver backoffice is running on two instances - could this cause problems? We don't have any issues with other jobs on the same website.
Attached image. Shows multiple instances and the point where the job stopped running.
