Runtime error to generate .CSV output in OPSOMLIT_C.for #257

There is a problem to generate .CSV output for the file SOMLITP.CSV

This issue generate a run time error when running a experiment using the FMOPT option in the FileX equals to 'C'.

It seems that the error is with variable TC1.
The fortran subroutine who calls the .CSV output is OPSOMLIT_C.

Fortran runtime error: Array bound mismatch for dimension 1 of array 'tc1' (20/5)
