v2.0 : add extras and settings

This version adds a few extras and settings to the watch face.

• Center the watch face on the Pebble Steel's frame.
• Notify Bluetooth disconnect (vibration and/or screen inversion).
• Vibrate every hour

First official release

Still a lot to do, but this version is usable as a simple watch face.
