Based on nvidia/cuda base image with conda preinstalled and cudatoolkit pre-cached in conda.
Currently supported versions are:

If you need more, just submit a PR editing the cuda_tags.txt file. Note that you don't need to use images with CUDA preinstalled as that's provided through conda. Only use images with tags other than base if you need the dev-options.
