国际化不仅是单词替换，还包括文化理解、布局风格的国际化。

这次通过 new-css-logical-properties 这篇文章，通过一种新的布局技术，在最小代码入侵的情况下，实现布局反转，文字反转，光标反转等国际化布局效果。

感觉东亚使用竖排网页真不多，这种布局可能对中东的实用性更大一些
