Describe the Enhancement

It would be good to have an example of how to run StatAnalysis using Python Embedding, specifically to pass in matched pair records. SWPC would like to use StatAnalysis to compute statistics for their ASCII-based forecasts and observations.

Input: Could be the python embedding test file and script in the MET test-suite
Output: Same as MET test scripts

George and I just debugged my install on kiowa. It was a path issue that was causing the issue (python2 was not doing the import properly). So this pull request is good to go.
