• CSS selector for element holding Title of Chapter
• CSS selector for element(s) to remove

This is the mobile version of WebNovel. And WebToEpub works for that site.
So, put your browser into desktop mode, open page https://webnovel.com/book/my-longevity-simulation_28050609508559105, click tab on page to expand all the chapters and open WebToEpub and it should work. I did for me, using the Desktop version of Chrome.
