I would like to be able to derive Debug on a type containing syn::parse::Nothing for debugging purposes:

#[derive(Debug)]
struct Foo {
    foo: Punctuated<Ident, Nothing>,
}

However, this is currently not possible since syn::parse::Nothing does not have a Debug implementation, even with the "extra-traits" feature enabled.
