Describe the bug
The Win32 build (wine on linux) sometimes hangs. Apparently it executes the unit tests and then does not move forward.

To Reproduce
Run a travis-ci build. Wait for 2h. If it times out, you reproduced it. If it did not, rerun the build. It happens eventually.

Expected behavior
The build should finish timely.

Environment
Travis-CI build for Win32.

Additional context
none.
