Python script to read and customize output of Riverside crime from October 2017 to September 24 2018
-Take in user input in the form of numbers.
-Array of input will NOT take any repeated values.
-Type any non-int value to cancel input and proceed with rest of program.
-When prompted what to sort by, ONLY enter an int value, anything else could crash the script
