[Feature Request] Ability to rate local songs

[JustTharpy]

I use Spotify for music and enjoy rating them. Those that aren't on Spotify I download as local files.
The problem is that I can't rate local songs. (I'm not sure if this is a limitation or just not implemented but it would be nice nonetheless)

I would like to be able to rate these songs as well so all my music is rated if possible, thanks.
