Small change request in the Sierra changes section

In the following line:
sudo chmod 777 /usr/local/opt

I would recommend that users change it to permission 755 as that is safer from a security standpoint.

7 (first place) = read, write, execute privilege to user
5 (second place) = read, write privilege to group
5 (third place) = read, write privilege to others
