Unable to save order in Control Panel

Description

I'm trying to update the billing address within the Control Panel. However, when I try to save the entry, I get validation errors around the order totals because some of them are empty.

I've tried to remove the 'required' validation rule in the app however they seem to keep being required.

Potential solutions

• Just save 0 as the value for a field with no value
• Don't make the order total fields required
